Just wanted to share this...
The group Aashiq al-Rasul came up with a beautiful rendition in their song entitled "Sultan of Madinah" (see http://www.alifmusic1.homestead.com/RadioNasheed.html ). I am absolutely awed by the song. Firstly because it has Maulana Shaykh Nazim's voice in the beginning and it also has some mysterious Urdu lyrics. Listen to it.
By some sheer luck, I came across this wonderful Urdu song entitled " Shahe Madina" sang by some woman. It's a truly beautiful video and touching video and song (even if you don't know the meaning). By another stroke of luck I came across the lyrics and meaning of the "Shahe Madinah" song and I was completely strucked by the meaning, which can move you to tears. Actually the song is over 50 years old, I was told.

The Lyrics and meanings...
Shahe Madina
Shahe Madina, shahe madina, shahe madina
Taiba ke wali sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
Shahe Madina, shahe madina
The protector of good, all prophets seek answers at your door
The Shah of Medina, the Shah of Medina
Jalwe hai sare terey hi dam se, aabad aalam terey karam se
Baqi har ek shay, Naqshe khayale, sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
Shahe Madina, shahe madina
All other aspects are imaginary images, all prophets seek answers at your door
The Shah of Medina, the Shah of Medina
Terey liye hi dunya bani hai, neele falak ki chadr tani hai
Tu agar na hota, dunya thi khali, sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
Shahe Madina, shahe madina
Without you the world would be empty, all prophets seek answers at your door
The Shah of Medina, the Shah of Medina
Tune jahan ki mehfil sajai, taarikyon mein shamma jalai
Kandhe pe tere kamli hai kaali, sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
Shahe Madina, shahe madina
Heaven rests on your shoulders, all prophets seek answers at your door
The Shah of Medina, the Shah of Medina
=== this part was not sung, but is actually the original lyric ===
Mazhab hai tera sab ki bhalai, maslak hai tera mushkil kushai
dekh ke apni umat ki khasta haali, sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
Seeing the benefits of it on your people, all prophets seek answers at your door
Hai noor tera shamso qamar mein, tere laboon ki laali sahar mein
Phoolon ne teri khusbu chura li, sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
flowers have stolen your fragrance, all prophets seek answers at your door.
Kaba ka kaba tera hi ghar hai, tere karam pe sab ki nazar hai
Dikhlade hum ko darbare aali, sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
Show us the way, wise one of the court, all prophets seek answers at your door
Hain ap dukhyon ke aaqa sahare, Taje shafa at hai sar pe tumhare
Ham ko aata ho roze ki jaali, sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
Grant us the net of fasting (? not certain about this), all prophets seek answers at your door
Taiba ke wali sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
Shahe Madina, shahe madina, shahe madina"
The Shah of Medina, the Shah of Medina

Alhamdu Lillah...
after a long search I got it, the English translation of Shah e Madina.
Thank you very much...
This song brings tears to eyes and crushes the heart in thousand pieces.
the translation of "Hum to aata ho roza ki jali" means may god help me to reach medina to lay my hand on the window of the prophets grave.
